Francesville is one of Indiana’s best-kept secrets! This rural, close-knit community is nestled in Salem Township on the west side of Pulaski County on HWY 421, approximately 40 miles north of Lafayette and 40 miles south of Interstate 80/90.

We’re busy putting together a wonderful variety of vendors for you to shop on November 14—but we want to hear from YOU!

Veteran Banners

This year for the America 250 Celebration the Fall Festival Committee decided to honor our Veterans by hanging banners on the poles throughout town.

Next time you visit Francesville, take a look at the over 50 banners adorning the streets that honor our local Veterans.  The plan is to leave the banners up for the remainder of 2026.

 Francesville Town Council meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at 6: 30 PM in the Town Hall unless the date conflicts with a holiday or other event.

Francesville Park
Fall Trail

The Francesville Park Board is inviting community members to help decorate the park as part of its first Fall Trail.

Participants can create festive fall displays, with setup scheduled between September 26th and October 1st.

Public voting will begin October 1st. Votes can be cast by making a $1 donation to the park at Gutwein Agency, the Town Clerk’s Office or Gutwein Popcorn. Each $1 donation counts as one vote.

Winners of the Fall Trail competition will be announced on Halloween, October 31st.

Space for displays is limited. Those interested in participating can contact [email protected] to reserve a spot. Display locations will be assigned by September 25th.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department uses a product called Nixle to keep residents up-to-date with relevant information from local public safety departments & schools.  Click HERE to sign up for emails and/or texts from the Sheriff's Department through Nixle.
The Pulaski County Tribe has created a nice community business directory. All local businesses and organizations can submit their information to be added for free.  Check it out.
