M Street Studios opened in the summer of 2023. The business, owned and operated by Kirk and Erica (Putt) Huber, is located in the old West Central School Corporation Administration building. This building, with so much history, means a lot to the community. And so, with a small facelift, M Street Studios offers it back to the community in a new and exciting format!
The goal of M Street Studios is to supply secure, private and professional office spaces to Francesville and the surrounding Pulaski County community. With remote work becoming more and more popular, M Street Studios recognizes the need for and provides multiple private office rooms that can be leased and accessed at any hour of the day through a secure keyless entry. This space would be perfect for individuals who work remotely and would like to meet customers face to face, have board meetings, or would like a business front in Francesville. Tenets will have access to their own private lockable office, high speed internet, a conference room for groups of 10 plus, mens and womens bathrooms, a lounge area, and a large lunchroom.
Just need a place for storage? Also available is space in the back of the building for storage rental. M Street Studios is located in the heart of Francesville at 117 East Montgomery Street within walking distance of restaurants, a coffee shop, a bank, the post office and many other businesses.
