Tom and Annie Scholz started Circle S Farm Solutions in December 2016.
Tom had previously worked in the chemical and fertilizer business for 18 years, working his way up from custom applicator to a sales person to location manager. When his visions of the future no longer
matched his former employer’s visions, he left to start his own business. Tom’s wife, Annie, left her
job as an ag/commercial loan officer at a local bank and joined Tom full time in April, 2018. Together
their focus is on the sale of chemicals, adjuvants, micro-nutrients, fertilizers and most recently, Purina
and Umbarger feed. They also scout about 6,000 acres of corn, soybeans, popcorn and mint. Circle S currently employs one full time employee and has one commissioned salesperson.
