Francesville Market

Construction is progressing on schedule at The Francesville Market with a tentative grand opening set for June 1.  Located in the old Agrisol building on the NE corner of US 421 and W Montgomery Street, the facility which will include a gas station, convenience store, full grocery, pharmacy and deli. 

What was the showroom of the existing building will house the convenience store.   The entrance will be on the southwest side of the facility with refrigerator coolers on the west side of the building and coffee and drink stations on the east wall.  To the back of the convenience store will be the grocery section.  Entrance can be through the convenience store or through a set of double doors east of the convenience store doors.  In the far northwest section of the facility will be the pharmacy.  And on the east side of the grocery will be the deli.

​Here are some updated pictures taken in mid April of the remodeling going on inside and outside the building.  Opening the doors will take place mid May to early June.

Entering from the southwest doors will be the convenience store. Above see the counter with the coffee/pop station located to the right.

The grocery store will be located on the north side of the building which is the back of the structure.  Access can be through the convenience store or through a set of double doors east of the convenience store doors.  The pictures above shows the back of the grocery store and the deli.

Above is the equipment for the Deli chicken - Charlie Biggs Chicken.  The staff at Winkler foods tell us it is delicious!!

The gas pumps are installed and work has begun on blacktopping the parking lot.
